At Sustain we develop sustainable residential & commercial buildings with an emphasis in health and wellbeing of their occupants. We integrate design practices, materials and technologies which are environmentally and human friendly. We apply international Sustainability and Health & Wellbeing certification standards. BREEAM certification for our Residential projects and LEED & WELL certification for our Commercial projects.

Our team with experience in large projects in Greece and abroad, applies the most up-to-date management practices for Quality Assurance and Safety. Innovation is part of our production process. Focusing on the detail, the capacity of our team is extended with a wide range of specialized professionals, who contribute with their expertise in the design, implementation and whole life cycle of our Projects.

Message from Sustain

At Sustain, we believe that sustainable development is the only way to go and we stay committed to it.

We spend 90% of our time indoors. The health and wellbeing of residents is our top priority. We select materials that minimize the emission of chemicals for top-quality indoor air. We create a smart and safe house that you can easily control.

We all want to be in touch with nature, even when in the city. This is why we create interesting gardens, water elements, big openings, and we widely use wooden floors.

At the same time, as responsible citizens, we have a low environmental footprint by reducing the consumption of energy, water and other natural resources. We produce clean energy using PV systems. We promote recycling and composting solutions. This responsible behavior is also rewarded by low operating costs.

We plan and act for the future today. As the way we work is changing, we create an ergonomic office space in your house with appropriate natural lighting and ventilation. With an optical fiber to your router. And we already install the special socket where you can charge your future electric car at the parking spot.

We selected this location due to its proximity to three important hubs: the Golden Hall, the OAKA stadium and the Maroussi business center. Our sustainability strategy is incorporated in the design, construction and operation of the complex. We are proud that OXYGEN is the first residential complex in Greece with an international sustainability certification. This certification will support the property value in the long-term.
